Our mission is to encourage and support the local
church to become known as a community resource for
building servant leaders who become leaders for
transformation in both church and community.
The Servant Leader Framework is the result of input
from countless numbers of highly capable,
experienced, and wise servant leaders. These leaders
have extensive experience and that deep, deep
understanding of the challenges and rewards of
integrating their spiritual life into their
day-to-day worklife. Embedded into the Servant
Leader Framework tools is the knowledge, skills, and
experience of these leaders who have decades of
success in all sizes and shapes of organizations;
including church, non-profit, and profit (both
public and private companies.)
